Sir, the problem is while me and my friends are playing on the server, it suddenly crashes and restarts the server, after the restart the server starts but it becomes so laggy even if i have a 100 mbs wifi
and im sure its not our ping, there is some weird issues with the server since some days, Any help would be appreciated!
You keep changing the problem.
First you say that the server crashed (The log does not contain any crash)
The log says that someone is getting an invalid session error.
Do what the article sent by Roman says.

Then you said that the server starts lagging.
I think that happens when someone tries to sleep, since the log shows errors about SinglePlayerSleep.
Try removing that plugin or installing a different version.

Same happens to me since yesteday. Server load, but me and my friends can't enter. The server shuts down after five minutes. We all try to enter but it is impossible.
EDIT: I have tried creating a WHITELIST, and I have registered my four players and it seems to ALREADY WORK. It must be some kind of authentication failure. Try it, it was solved this way for me.

Why? Read this: aternos.org/connect
it should say "You are trying to connect to <your ip>"
"Connect to <your ip + port>"

You should try reaching out the creator of the map and ask him this.
You could disable the command blocks from the Aternos options but then the map wouldn't work.
