You do realize that trying to trying to circumvent aternos's ToS (https://aternos.org/terms) such as trying to make your server 24/7 online will result in your server being suspended, there's nothing else you can do to prevent that except to play normally.
Aternos only has limited resources, and Aternos wants to make sure that these resources are used by active players.

3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)

I assume you meant you have a bad connection (bad ping), where do you live? (what country)

Share your client log:
1. Open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. Open the logs folder
3. Open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. Copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/

Aternos isn't dead, the team is aware of this issue and alot of people are currently having the same issue as you.
The issue should be fixed now.
If you are still unable to reach aternos, try using a different DNS server (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using) or be patient. Your current DNS server is taking a bit longer to get the updated records.
Join the aternos discord server to get updates about aternos's status (etc) -
You're most probably using a lifesteal plugin, remove the lifesteal plugin or edit the config of the plugin.
