I already stated my recommendations and an explaination on how to protect your server if you're using cracked, now If they're using a VPN, no matter what you do either you run the command "/ban-ip <username>", the player will have a way back since he could just change his/her IP.
The only solution to your problem is to disable cracked and buy a minecraft account or enable whitelist.
Please try to understand what everyone said on this thread and do what is possible. -

How to remove a plugin from your server?
1. Go to your files panel > plugin folder. (https://aternos.org/files/plugins)
2. Click the red trash bin icon to delete it.
(If you deleted your plugin while your server is online, RESTART your server)
