You need to remove the Ticking entity as the server is crashing due to it. You can run /kill @e in the console to remove it or, if you can't do it, download the world and kill the entity in singleplayer then upload the world again

Skywars plugin has not been updated for 1.18.x so you can remove it for now or use another plugin

First do this and see if it works

Maybe use the command /gamerule sendCommandFeedback false

Ok the screenshot you send is of a vanilla world. If you want to upload the nether from that then download the world_nether from your paper server. After doing that delete the existing DIM-1 in world_nether and put DIM-1 from your vanilla in world_nether then upload world_nether to your server

There is a not a lot you can do to reduce load as it's a heavy modpack

1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/

2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right

3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)

4.) Send the link here.

Check if you have installed the mod called survive on your pc and if you have installed it then check if it's version matches the version of the mod on the server
