Mohist is a Hybrid Server Type that allows you to run Bukkit/Spigot plugins alongside Forge mods. You need to download the forge installed and just run it. You don't need to install mohist on your PC.

Ok so I just noticed in the screenshot you sent that you have an 1.16.3 version mod. Please only use 1.16.5 version mods and if it crashes then share your log
