Go in creative and tp to -301.97, 67.00, 191.90 then kill a zombie which is located at that exact coordinates then see if your server crashes or not

Server version 1.12.2, with mods. When the host dies, in this case me, it just shuts down. Logs will give below.

Try putting your game difficulty to peaceful which should kill all the mobs including the entity which is being ticked. Once all the mobs get killed and the server stops crashing change the difficulty to what you wish to keep.

There is a missing mod called shw or something like that so try installing that mod client side and see if you get the same error

Try reinstalling SkipNight,MysteriousHalloween and Essentials and if it does not work then try removing SkipNight and MysteriousHalloween.

Hello, I have a big problem, it turns out that I want to enter an online server created by some friends, the problem is that everyone has been able to enter except me, I have been looking for solutions and I have not found anything, every time I enter I get the error “io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information" It is an error that does not allow me to enter the server, what can I do?

I can't guarantee you the below solutions will work but you can give it a try:
1)Put your server difficulty on peaceful for the time being and see if the server crashes
2)Remove the mods one by one to see which one maybe causing your server to crash.
3)If both the solution above don't work for you then the only option left is to regenerate the world -
The mods installed on your Minecraft client (your PC) need to match the mods installed on your server
