1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor

Did you recently switch from paper/spigot to Fabric
In our server the nether and end dimensions have just disappeared. The folders are still there but ingame i cant even execute in them nor go through portals. i reinstalled the server and everything seemed do be fine but when i restored the server again they were gone. i also tried to replace the files whit another working servers ones but that also didn't work. If anyone knows how do fix this please let me know.

Aternos only offers latest fabric loader versions so you can't use the mod called William Wythers Overhauled Overworld
According to the log I could see the server running out of memory so you can try to remove some mods or install mods like Ferritecore as it it reduce the memory requirements.
i know but my minecraft is, also my friends minecraft crash when they try to connect the server
I can see in the log that when you try to connect you get an error called
piporipapo lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.channel.unix.Errors$NativeIoException: syscall:read(..) failed: Connection reset by peer

Looks like the datapacks might be causing issues.Try removing the datapacks and see.
Upload your world to a Vanilla server then switch to PaperMC. This will make it easy for you to change the world format as vanilla world format is different from Paper/Spigot.
Should've mentioned this earlier, but I'm trying to apply the datapack to a world that's already generated on the server, I downloaded the world from said server and tried the datapack out on singleplayer and the datapack works, it doesn't work on the server however, the nether was also reset. I'd like to know why it doesn't work the same as on singleplayer and if there's any other workarounds with this.
