The crash is caused by a NBT tag with too high complexity. This could be caused by an issue with one of the mods or something else entirely.
First, try removing the mods one by one and see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn't, then the mod causing the issue has been found. If neither of those solutions work, try resetting the world
