Looking at the number of mods , it's just not possible to say if there are duplicate mods or not. Even the server log doesn't say a lot about it, so I suggest you to add few mods at a time and test it. Don't add a bunch of mods and expect it it work properly it.

I can't see any connection attempt to the server in the client log

The aternos system stopped your server because it took too long for it to start. This can happen when a server is overloaded (too many plugins, resource-heavy modpack, etc.). Our system automatically stops servers if they don't respond within a certain amount of time to prevent them from getting stuck during startup. Especially in the afternoon, when many servers run simultaneously, servers running big modpacks sometimes take too long to start.

Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done about this. You can only try to start your server again at another time or use a smaller modpack.

перепроверьте, есть ли у вас одинаковые моды на сервере и ПК с той же версией мода, а не версией minecraft. Если у вас есть, попробуйте удалить папку config в папке .minecraft и на вашем сервере.
