The number of waves depends on difficulty : There are 3 waves in Easy difficulty, 5 in Normal, and 7 in Hard. To change the difficulty, go to https://aternos.org/options/ and change it

The amount of ram allocated doesn't change according to the number of mods installed. Just start your sever and see the amount of ram allocated for the software you use
