Does the version of the mod match? Do you face the same issue in a vanilla server?

You should try removing few mods and/or install performance mods, which should help reduce lag on the server as your only getting 1-3 tps

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

Share your server log:
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.

Do you still get kicked with the same error message? If yes, make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

You can enable piston duplication. It is located in the paper. yml.file. (https://aternos.org/files/paper.yml) it says allow-piston-duplication: false". Set that option to true. Click save and start the server again.

world download of my server is extremely laggy,
Define lag while your trying to download your world
This problem didn't arise with hypixel or any other server and even a world download of my server is extremely laggy, only 1-3 tps. Here is the log https://mclo.gs/4ZnAOlA
Do you have the exact same versions of the mods installed? How did you start facing the issue?
