Match the version of experienceobelis mod on the PC and server. The minecraft version along side the mod version should match

If pixelmon modpack author provided 1.16.5 server files then there is nothing we can do about it. If you want to play on the modpack then update the modpack version on your PC and play. Also, how do you know that you lost everything?

Can you try reinstalling the modpack on your PC and server. Keep a backup of the server before doing it

You can't do anything on aternos to make it work. Match the modpack version on your PC and just play

Check if the modpack version on your PC matches the modpack version on the server

Can you try downgrading to Ice and Fire version 1.7.1 for Minecraft 1.12.2

Try install a different version of Crawler mod and if it doesn't work, try removing Crawler mod

Yes

Many people have connection problems from Philippines, so there is not a lot you can do in this case

The only option I see now is to regenerate the world.

Can you try deleting the config folder which is located in your minecraft installation path, and also delete the config folder on your server
