The error you got is probably not related to the mods being heavy. Can you try removing origins and see if you face the issue. If you still continue to face the issue then try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue

There is no need to check the mods installed on the server ,and even if you want to then check the curseforge page of that modpack. To fix the error you getting, check if the modpack version you have installed on your PC matches the modpack version on the server.

1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/

It's very difficult for those versions to properly work.
