Looks like the car mod needs 1.18 version of minecraft and you have installed 1.18.1 version of minecraft. Either remove that mod or install a version which is compatible with your current minecraft version

Ok it seems to be fine. Try deleting the config folder also on the server. If the issue still persists then one of the mods are causing issue.

Your game is crashing according to the log but you didn't mention that? I don't even see any connection attempt to the server. Which launcher do you use?

Not sure which mod could be causing the issue. Maybe try removing the mods till you get to know which one caused the issue

Try removing dungeons_mobs

Maybe one of them are causing issues. Can you try removing the resource packs and see if the issue persists

What your trying to use is a shader pack not a resource pack. You need to install the shader pack manually on your PC

Do you use resources packs?
