It does not says that the plugin/mod can't be added.
It says the plugin/mod is not famous enough even when it has more than 200 downloads,60+ review
That means it can't be added
Or give the option to upload custom plugins please . Nowdays all the hosting has the custom upload option . but the hosting are not available in India that is why aternos is the best hosting.

Maybe using an permissions plugin like luckperms they are given permissions for it.

Lately I have been trying to search for the mod called Create above and beyond, a different mod that is not the original create mod.
I searched "Create above and beyond" in the mods section and it didn't show up.Exactly, it's not a mod, it's a modpack

1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.

The issue seems to be caused by pizzacraft. Can you check if you have all the mods on the server installed on your pc with the exact same verions. If everything matches then try removing pizzacraft

If your 100% sure that the mod versions match then try deleting the config folder which is located in the minecraft installation path.
