Long story short, a mod is causing some aquatics to not spawn naturally on my server (alex's mobs: cachalot whale, frilled shark, orca, hammerhead shark. Vanilla mc: squid, dolphin). I'm not sure if its because we have 1.17 update backport mods or something else (of which if we were to remove them it'd probably corrupt the server at this point). The only mob of which I've stated I've seen was a squid so I know they do spawn but if at all; extremely rarely.

Server version: 1.16.5 Forge 36.2.0
Suspected mods:
- Caves and Cliffs backport
- Deeper in the caves - warden mod
- the twilight forest
- the undergarden
- roadrunner
- sulfuric

That log does not show any connection attempt to a server.
It says the new log file (client side) is too big to attach, any other way I could post it?

not sure how to share the client log (im aware if it shows an error for missing mods called "car", "plane", and "mannequin" )
Also if in the log it shows I left shortly after joining (it was a demonstration since I cant really join normally as of rn) -
Not sure if this is allowed but I'm bumping because I'd like to get this issue solved asap as my research across the site has yielded no adequate results. Please help

So I made an alt server specifically meant for creative building as on my main its a survival server meant for a few people.
I added all the mods, made sure the versions were correct on both client and server, forge versions are the same, but for some reason when I join it'll freeze on the encrypting screen for about a minute or so and then freeze on the joining screen. The console shows the join message indicating that I'm ingame but client side I'm still on the join screen and I'm capable of clicking cancel. I've reinstalled the server twice and reset the mods and tried the DynIP and still nothing, same issue. I don't wanna have to dig through the guts of my computer to reset the DNS cache and flush it so I'm looking for other answers.
TL;DR: Server refuses to let the client join but other than that appears to be working correctly
and for informational purposes I'm playing on 1.16.5 Forge 36.2.0 (which has worked previously)
edit: Feel like I should also clarify that the survival server, which has most of the same mods, works just fine
