Although Phoenix API is required for Advanced Drop Manager (if that's what you need it for), downloading an older version that corresponds to the release of which version you're using (Around the date 5/1/19 for 1.14) and then also downloading the previous Phoenix API, called CT-Core, will support the plugin most likely. (You also have to download the version near 5/1/19 for CT) I looked into the aforementioned solution because I thought it was odd that people hadn't already requested Phoenix API when Advanced Drop Manager is the first plugin that shows up when you search "drops." ...side note: Someone has already requested Phoenix API but didn't show up in my searches because they misspelled it.
