Error deleting IConomy Plugin

    I download plugin Iconomy on server 1 16 5 but it dont working. And vault stopped working Error:[Vault] Economy: iConomy [iConomy , EssentialsX Economy, Essentials Economy], I can't delete it from plugins because it is not there, although it is on the server. How delete it? Please help
