I'm creating a forge server on aternos but i have tlaucher so i have put on the crack option but i do keep my skin i watch an aternos video and it said tha i need to install spigot/bukkit and install it but forge dissapear after so someone know how to keep plugin and mod

If you install spigot/bukkit, you WILL lost all the mods that you've installed before and there is no way you can keep it.
A different reason is that spigot/bukkit server can't run mod so instead of keeping them Aternos just delete all

Spigot doesn't support Forge, but what you can do is install Fabric, then install SkinRestorer Fabric choose the version your server is in, or install it in the link below

DON'T INSTALL MOHIST! It delete Bukkit important code...
so do there is a mod or a darapack to keep our skin in a cracked server

It is a plugin and i am on a forge aternos
i tried it but it says "This mod only works on Minecraft client and not on servers."
then just install it in your launcher and ask your friends to do so aswell
