Curseforge and Aternos mods are different

It makes no sense that in aternos you put modpacks, curseforge and then Last Days of Humanity, download it and click on the link (to download the modpack on your pc) but the mods are not the same, it says that the versions of the mods are not compatible. I understand that this can happen, but I hope there is an easier solution than downloading every mod from forge.

I tried with other versions (from my PC) but it gets worse, only more mods to upload and from Aternos it says that the software updates automatically.
