When you drop an item on the ground and pass over it, it is not picked up or put in the inventory, it has been happening for about 2 hours, to all members of the server is happening, whether an item is dropped by the player or released by some other method is not picked up.

are you on vanilla or are you using any mods/plugins.
Check if the random tick speed is abnormal.
also make sure you have a proper internet connection -
I have mods, I have already checked the tiks and everything is in order, some items/blocks are collected others are not, some like gravel and sugar cane are collected but the soil, tree trunks and more items are not collected.
