ApplyMC not working as I would like.

Hi I have downloaded the ApplyMC plugin for bukkit 1.8 and I went into the config to add some questions for the application it didn't work in game the plugin only shows the original 2 problems. The complete config including the questions I added are at the bottom (The first two questions are the original questions that came with the plugin the rest I added myself. This is confusing for me because I have looked at every youtube video I could find and nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated to
