We can't add GroupManager to the pluginlist, because it's not available at BukkitDev.

GroupManager was originally on the bukkit website until Essentials removed it and put it on to their Website, But I wanted just wanted to know if you could because that's the plugin I am most familiar with, PEX is annoying, and I don't know any other ones. But if you could add the others that would be great!
