Bug of Essentials

I installed a few months ago Essentials on my server and I uninstalled it today because it prevented an command from being done. Once reinstalled, I put it on, and it bug. He tells me on the console that Essentials Chat, Essentials Spawn and Essentials are not up to date. I do not know how to update them and I need your help. The plugin is called 'Essentials' in the Folders & Plugins section.

One last question. Since I do an adventure map, I use command blocks and EssentialsX. The problem is that EssentialsX prevents some functionality from the command blocks.
Example: / kill @e [name = goumi]
Or: / testfor @e [name = goumi]
I'd like to know if command block are compatible with the plugin or if it's still a bug with EssentialsX.
