I was curious if it was possible to get EssentialsX Extra working. Because I can't use /spawn with out the spawn extra plugin.

You can Read this, this is the format of Requesting a plugin How to write a (good) plugin/modpack/mod request , it says their you can only request a plugin that are available in http://dev.bukkit.org or http://spigotmc.org and no External sites.

He meant that we cannot add plugins that aren't available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC. We can only add plugins which are available from one of these sources.
