I entered the end in my aternos world and the first thing i noticed that there wasnt any ender crystals around the dragon
i am sure that all my friends that plays with me didnt go to the end ever
I thought its a regular thing that happens,then i defeated the dragon with my friend and the dragon didnt drop a single xp point
only the end portal got opened and the dragon egg spawned but no xp
i am using paper/bukkit software and this is the seed

Which Minecraft version do you use?
Does the issue persist if you reset the end dimension? (delete 'world_the_end' in the worlds section)
Does the issue persist without plugins?
i use 1.19.2
i didnt try to delete (reset) the end dimension
and i don't use any plugins i use spigot only because i want more performance -
