How do I change my server biome to "superflat" ? :(

You can upload a world flat type, or just use a multiworld plugin ./mw create (WorldName) FlatLand
./mw load (WorldName)

If you create a new world you can select the option FLAT for generating a flat world. Your old world will be overwritten then.
