I cant use any mods cuz it says i need forge how do i use the forge

If you want to play with mods you have to install the exact same mod both on your server and on your own computer.

You can run certain mods with the server...
Such as local sided mods...instances... such as this... JEI,Journey Map,Optifine,JEI Just Enough Buttons,JEI Resources...
Beyond that idk...
i run the server with forge automatically... via custom profile on curse/twitch app...
