Can't suggest a plugin

I can't suggest a plugin here on Aternos, and its a spigot link. it says "This can only be downloaded via an external website." and as far as i know the website is safe so idk why its like this bruh

but i suggested a different plugin, made by the same author, and it was an external website, but i managed to suggest it
