Hear me out, we have too low plugin options add a WAY to MANUALLY ADD plugin to your server BUT actually! it wont be that easy, it will send a request witch would not be so fast but if the plugin will be accepted it will be added to the plugin folder manually by staff YET if the plugin wont Meet requirements like it changes online player count it will be Declined giving a way to add Github plugins (if the plugin will be sketchy or not popular it will be declined) also the request should include the plugin link so they cloud manually check it and this feature would only work if you would reach like a milestone like 100 different people joined your server

We have around 450 000 plugin/mod installations every single day. Manually inspecting the code of each plugin upload would require hundreds of people.
