i would like to delete all my plugins but uninstalling them one by one isn't working. if there is a way to delete them all at once then please tell me.

Why can't you do it one by one? Just click the little trash icon next to the plugin's name and confirm the deletion.

If you're looking for a fast way to delete all your plugins, you can reinstall, but you will lose practically all server data in the process
