Weather Storms & Tornados 1.12.2 is bugging out in an aternos server and not loading correctly

The mod just doesn't load properly, it shows the mod but none of the items appear and the config and weather are just broken
the mod works with the other mods in singleplayer so i'm blaming it on the server having a problem with it

Theres not much in the logs about it, i see no errors or orange stuff about it so

i'm not sure whats wrong with it

sorry for responding late, yes i do i made sure of it since I've had problems with mods being the wrong versions so i make sure not to make that mistake again, and with mods that weren't on aternos i just got rid of the mod from my modpack
