Does anyone know if the Pixelmon mod will still be supported on aternos, and for how long?

It's still supported for as long as possible.

Currently there are no signs of its support being stopped. If the Pixelmon developers stop updating the mod, we must too, of course.

I think (just a guess here) if you are able to host it now you should be able to host it as long as Aternos exists
That's what I think too.
I also realize money is probably a concern to you guys as well (from people who pay for perks), and if there is a drop of people paying for perks on pixelmon servers that might have to be removed, because I can imagine whatever it is that's giving you the ability to host pixelmon servers isn't free...
Aternos is completely free. We do not take any money from our users. Everyone is able to use Pixelmon for free.
