I am not a Massive Fan of Plugins But GroupManager SHOULD be an available Plugin for us Aternos Users and i would Love the Groupmanager Plugin Available to use on 1.7.2CB of later as GroupManager is an Essential plugin Needed for [lexicon]Minecraft[/lexicon] servers. Especcially Rank servers ect...
Also If theese plugins Were available for CB 1.7.2;

There is an extra forums section for english users

We can't add GroupManager to the pluginlist because the plugin isn't available at BukkitDev.

In addition, we can't update iConomy, because we are not the developers of this plugin!

UPDATES:
Our Plugin list is exactly so as the list on dev.bukkit.org.
That means you must write the wirter of the plugins

Could i Give you the Plugin from the Official Websites scan it... Run it then attach it to A ketter so you could add it or is it possible to IMPORT our own plugins onto our servers saving lots of time getting things done?

No, you can't upload your own plugins because of security related reasons.
