So i was wondering...
Do Spigot 1.7.2 has the same plugins as Craftbukkit 1.7.2? 
And if i change from Craftbukkit to spigot, would i miss all the plugins from craftbukkit? Because if that is true i would not change.

No
Spigot is just the same as CraftBukkit, it just has a few tweaks which makes the server less lagg. So installing Spigot only will give you advantages!
