1.12.2 support on 1.7.9 spigot server

A lot of good mini games are written on older versions for example:MinigamesParty in my case 1.7.9, is it possible using viaversion,viarewind, protocolsupport, to add the ability to log in on newer versions. For example: 1.12.2. I'm trying to do this, but I can't find the right versions of these plugins to do it. And is it even possible  -

Will Paper for 1.7.9 have more performance? Will the craftbukkit plugin work on it?

And yes, I use this old version for such cool plugins as MinigamesParty, I would like another MGArcade plugin, but aternos will not load such an old plugin. Is it possible that you uploaded it directly to my server files?

It's a pity, there are already 20+ new mini-games on my main server, so I decided to take a look at the old versions, even if 1.7.9 is outdated, there are still interesting mini-games there. so there is no way to get MGArcade on aternos?

Is it possible to make 1.12.2 support for 1.8.8 spigot, I did everything as needed, but because of protocolsupport, the server just stops. And when using ProtocolLib, I have a problem: "Unable to access address of buffer", which requires an inaccessible use-native-transport in server.properties.
