My friends have all the mods for our server, EVERY SINGLE MODE and it still says "Disconnected" we've tried EVERYTHING!

Hello! I have a modded server, we have 18 mods. My friends can't join because it says "Disconnected"
We tried deleting the mods and downloading them 3 times. Nothing worked. Please help us ://

So i need to choose other versions? They all are for 1.16.5

She joined we don't know how, but unfortunately the THIRD friend can't join now. She has every mod correct and it still doesn't work. We're trying the DYN IP but it doesn't work either
