Download plugin settings

Hi,

I read another thread that sort of answers my question, but not quite yet. I would like to download everything, but of course I managed to save the world and player data. But I noticed plugins weren't there really; only a few JAR files where in that folder, but I miss quite a few. I can't open JAR (I might not have the right programs for that) to change the settings, but is there an easier way to download all the plugins except for just a few? I would like to have them all with the settings I have.

I hope this is understandable; I have a hard time explaining it haha.

And then? I mean I know where to edit and copy them, but can I just copy it into the server folder or doesn't that work?

Ah yeah but it's not for Aternos, but I kinda want all of the settings saved and into the world folder. But that is not possible then?
