Here ill teach you how to add files (not upload) to your server for stuff like ChestCommands!
Within the new update, there has been a way to add files.. its quite easy 
1. Go to aternos.org/files and go to the place you want to add a file (ex: ChestCommands)
2. Go to the bottom of the list of whatever files are in the plugin/folder/something 
3. Where there is a blank space with a + symbol beside it, write down what you want the file to be (ex: ServerSelectorGUI.yml (make sure to put the .yml at the end of the file)
4. Now copy and paste from another one (like the default one) and edit it from there to your liking
