Plugin Request Pt. 2

Sorry, it was my mistake. The newest build was just updated 9 days ago. They are still the ones on Bukkit though so it's safe. In fact, the link for the new build is found from their Bukkit page. Here is the link for the new build: http://builds.enginehub.org/jo…successful/?branch=master

But in "http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/commandhelper/" it says, "Download CommandHelper (off the wiki) and extract the .jar into plugins/." On the wiki, it says "To download the latest version, go to enginehub and download the latest successful build.". Then finally, the link to the download which is "http://builds.enginehub.org/job/commandhelper/last-successful/?branch=master". Doesn't it mean that they are on BukkitDev? I just want this plugin so bad.
