No. Plugins and Modpacks are different things.

So for you to put it into the server....it has to actually be a plugin??? It cant be a mod???

You can do a plugin Request but Single Mods arent allowed yet. Maybe in the Future

I gotta tell ya, I don't think they're gonna accept it. You can try requesting it under the Modpack Request post, but eh. It would be a lot easier if we could just add our own modpacks. But I guess you get what you get and you don't get upset
