Access to certain folder denied.

There is a problem that you can not access certain folders in aternos files. For example I created a folder named 'addonspack', and when I opened it, it says access denied. If you cannot give me access, at least tell me how to add an addon to the server. To be specific I want to add Nexus's Ben 10 addon. Thanks.
