the commands of WorldGuard and WorldEdit doesnt work

Recently, I tried to install the plugins WorldGuard and WorldEdit on my 1.16.5 server with Arclight, but the commands doesn't work. pls heeellp!!

i tried to use mohist before and still not working.

i use the pixelmon mod too

the version of worldedit you installed is not compatible with your mc version

and the server crashed because you used /reload
you should NEVER use it
