hi, for 2 weeks now when I go to aternos to start the server/put a new plugin, the message "you are using an adblocker" appears even though I have never installed one, better to say that I had it but it was deactivated on aternos . I tried disabling all extensions, but the problem still exists (I use chrome)

You should try clearing your cookies on the Aternos website, if the problem persists. Tell me what happens.

Press that lock if you have it.
Then press Cookies.
And then just remove all of them.

Can you try and screenshot your browser while that Aternos page is turned on?

That's an exaroton ad which Aternos displays when the actual ads are being blocked.
Something on your computer or in your network is blocking the ads.
Make sure that
- You don't have any browser add-ons installed that could block ads or modify the content of websites
- You don't have any ad blocking software installed on your computer (e.g. AdGuard or antivirus software that also blocks ads)
- There is no network filter installed in your home network
