Command Block disabled???

On my server i want to use command blocks but even with command blocks enabled on the manage option, i still cant use them! Please fix or tell me how to enable them ASAP!

Which browser do you use? Try to change it again to "enabled" with another browser. Or change it to disabled, start and stop your server and change it to enabled again, maybe it works then.
