Hi aternos team,
It has happened to m quite a few times and not just with me bur mt friends too.
When the server is online for like 3+ hours sometimes it randomly goes offline. Even when i did not stop it but it went mysteriously offline.
So i want to know is there any limit of the server staying online even if players r present?

There is no time limit. But crashed my occur on every server. Please check the log to get more information about possible errors.

You can use https://mclo.gs to get automatic suggestions for errors in your log. To do this, simply go to your log in the Aternos panel (https://aternos.org/log/) and click on the button "Share" in the top right. Then you get redirected to your log on mclo.gs. please try to start your server again and look into logs
If the log is empty after e.g. 3 hours of playing it may be deleted by our system as it got to big.
A too big log is caused by command block loops or plugin exceptions. This might also be the cause why your server crashes.
