    My problem is there is a Guy named Noob420 on my server he is able to fly even when he does not have the permission node

    I assigned him to default group(Member group) other player of thia group are not flying but this guy is flying.

    I completly reconfiged Members perms but he is still able to fly.

    I am using EssentialsX, Luckperms

    If even after you edited the perms and removed essentials.fly he is still flying, I'd suggest banning him if he doesn't stop doing so :/

    If you have PermissionsEx, do /pex user <hacker_name>, otherwise if you have EssentialsX, do /whois <hacker_name> to check info of his. Make sure try to deop him

    P.S: Try to install NitoNoCheat plugin to check. If he doesn't have op or has permission to fly, the alert will send to you, then check him with /gamemode 3 or do /v (EssentialsX command) to get invisible so he is not suspicious
