World Won't Upload

A few friends and I were trying to play Cops & Robbers, but when I try to upload the map, it's still the world I had before uploading, even though it even says it was successful. I am using Google Chrome, and I only have that and IE, but I'm not using it even for dire situations from what I have heard about it recently.
