can you please add the Modpack "Speedster heroes 1.12 + NEI"?

Speedster heroes 1.12 + NEI is the latest update with all mods who user need: NEI,optifine, speedsters. (and is on 1.12 because all speedsters modpacks be on 1.7.10 and 1.6.4, 1.7.2; this no, this modpack have latest version of minecraft)
