Server backing up without doing nothing

My server is constantly backing up to another point. I'm always loosing hours of game without doing nothing!!! Whar can i do?

Maybe your world is not saving. Make sure your server doesn't use too much performance so the world can save correctly.

Thank you. It happened again when i opened a new slot and restarted the server. It rolled back like 20 minutes! I don't understand why.
